Unsolicited mail of a book and two gifts a pen and a little toy

This is the second mailing of unsolicited book of some novels. So far no invoice has come. The second mail arrived today (4/7) which had four condensed novels, a ball point pen and a toy. I did not ask or order these items and it appears a scam to me. I expect to see an invoice like others. Please advise what am I suppose3d to do next?
