I received this bogus letter today, and immediately googled this company, Thanks usacomplaints.com report, my comfirmation number is also 2399. Can someone catch these people? This is rediculous

My letter was the same as everyone else, so I dont need to repeat the offer, these people need to be caught up with during the time of picking up these so called ticket, and caught dead in their tracks, this is rediculous and is going to far. How do these people get the information that they're getting on people, would someone let me know if thers a class action lawsuit against this bunch of fools.
