Texas Calculatem Pro Does not provide authorization code after 10 days and counting and after costly poker room scam

Calculatem is a program designed to assist a poker player by calculating odds based on that player's dealt cards and the face-up drawn cards, opponents folded and non-folded hands, etc. For certain online poker rooms. According to instructions, one must sign up with one of their affiliate poker sites, using a specific promotion code and depositing a minimum of $50 with that site, in order to receive authorization for their software. This is what I did. Only AFTER doing this, did I receive a message from Calculatem.com that it can take between 48 and 72 hours to receive the authorization code. After 4 days of waiting, with no code received, I emailed the company to inquire about this. The next day, I received a response that it sometimes takes up to a week. After 1 week, I emailed again, expressing my sincere unhappiness with the delay, and asked if I may speak with someone regarding this issue.instead of dealing with the issue, I was given a timeline of my initial and subsequent email complaints and told that it was out of their hands due to the fact that they were completely dependent upon the poker company's response. I emailed back the same day suggesting I would file a report on this website if I did not receive satisfaction within 24 hours. I also emailed the poker company and have received no response from either. It has now been 10 days and I have not received my authorization after doing everything necessary and also beseeching all parties involved. Today, I followed instruction for their main competitor, which you can google for an "indicator" of who their competition is, and received my license in literally 15 minutes! This competitor's software is also superior, in my opinion. If I ever receive any sort of satisfaction I will gladly update this report to reflect that. I am a very patient person, and rarely am so dissatisfied that I would resort to posting a complaint, here.
