Fraudulent Misleading False Advertising Theivery

I was looking for information that would help me find out how to get Government Grants to fund the possibility of starting my own business and look into buying my own home.
I found one that was geared for women and it said the information CD was free all we needed to do was pay the shipping and handeling charge of $1.95. I typed in my billing information and clicked the button and it said my CD would be there in a few days. It told me that there was a site to go to and i could look around and see what kind of Grants were vailable, so I looked around but I didnt understand any of it, so just thought I would wait for my CD to get here and then watch it and see what it told me to so I would understand things better.
It never once showed me that if I looked on the site it was going to bill me $69.95 monthly membership fee, if I didn't cancel in 7 days. I called the company as soon as I checked my account and noticed the charges I was floored. Ive been laid off from my job for months and there is no way I would willingly do that to myself I knew I didn't have that money in my account.
I called them and they were unhelpful I told them I never signed up for a web site. I signed up for just a CD. They said well their policy is this that you only have 7 days to cancel and if you don't before then then you have to pay the full membership fees for the website. I never paid for a web side as far as i knew i was asking for only the CD. I told him that there was nothing that I looked at that said anything about the $69.95. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that the supervisor will tell me the exact same thing. He wouldn't even get me a supervisor. I was so upset I hung up and had to call back when I was more calm to get my cancellation information for my bank.
