Riped me off $221.95 for some credit card scam

They called me about a credit card and I told them that I wasn't interested, then I changed my mind. Two days later I called and canceled it they said that they will take care of it, but they still took the money out. Now I have checks bouncing and my bank says that they may not be able to get the money back.

This is a rip off and something needs to be done.
