Last Chance Cash Advance - Trifecta Credit - ID Theft Protect FRAUDULANT, THEFT, SWINDLERS!

I applied online for a cash advance for Last Chance Cash Advance. I was told to enter my bank information so the money could be deposited to my account, and then a pop up came up asking if I wanted the trifecta credit card with ID theft Protect coverage on it. I declined, and was declined the cash advance. Two days later, i recieved a telemarketing call asking again if I wanted the credit card with the ID theft protect service on it. I again, DECLINED. 24 hours later, they had charged 31.85 to my checking account. I called the bank, they told me to call the company and if it could not be resolved to call them back. I called the company, and got voice mail. I left a message. 2 days went by, no one called me back, i again, called the company, spoke to a representitive that gave me a cancelation number and a web site. I went to the website, filled out the refund request, and waited for a response. It promises within 48 hours that someone will contact you, No one did, not via phone, not via email, i was even checking the spam folder and my alternative email address. I checked 2 days later, it said that my refund was approved, and it would be deposited to my checking account on 3/23. That day came and went, no deposit. Checked again, it says 3/35, again, no deposit. Checked again, it says 4/3 and it will take 3-4 days to deposit to my account. I called them, because i am aware that they are yanking me around. I spoke to a supervisor, who said there was no one above her to speak with. She said there was a problem re depositing it to my account and that the check would be here within 7-10 business days. I demanded to speak to whoever she answered to or have their voice mail. SHe left me on hold for 35 minutes. I called back, and she gave me the above address, said that there were no other numbers other than the two she gave me. She then said, my business was concluded and hung up on me. I called a number I found for them on the internet, and recieved the same run around. I called back and talked again to customer service, and asked the agent to discribe their services. She told me it was an identity theft insurance program, yet could not tell me who the parent company was, who the underwriter was, who handled the credit accounts. The most i can get out of them is that their physical address is in phoenix, and they're owner is a Mr J Thomas, which could be THOUSANDS of people. I am filing a complaint with the better business burea, and the state of Arizona, and any other agency i run across that will give me the time to let them know how bad they screwed me. I suggest anyone out there that has had a run in do the same. Lets take these shady illegal illigitimate people out!
