Beware

The receptionist/business manager apparently is the dentist's wife. We were going to be new patients and this lady went off on me because of the type of insurance i had! She tells me that my insurance doesn't pay on time and they did not have all the information from the company. I tried to tell her that had nothing to do with me, because i am not a representative of the company! I have never spoken to any representative of a business and been treated in such a deplorable manner. It was comepletly devoid of any social skills whatsoever. After consulting with the doctor she recommended in a very unpleasent manner that we seek treatment elsewhere. Which we did! Her only saving grace is that i was at work and could not respond to her in the manner that she deserves! Steer clear of this office!
