Took money from my savings account without being authorized

Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem... Bbt removed almost $3500. From my savings account without being authorized to do so. Then I had a direct deposit go through and be taken because when the removed the money the first time they put my account in a negative state... So now I am out of the $3462. And a $470. Direct deposit and still negative $35.10. The bad part is I never authorized the Inwood branch to do so. My daughter had a savings account and was caught in one of the scams that are going on... She received a check, deposited in her account, it stayed there for more than three days and cleared, she withdrew the money and did the job that she was told to do. Then the following evening the bank notified her and told her it was a fraud check... My question is how did it clear and how was she able to withdrawal it from her account? She made arrangements with the bank to pay $50 a month to clear the cost. This was a notarized agreement with bbt. Now they went and withdrew the money from my account and have me in a negative status. If anyone else has had this happen to them please let me know. Thanks so much!!!
