Arvada, Colorado Unlawful Debit Card Charges

I ordered the Acai Berry Edge for Free, Had to pay Shipping. Then I had a Charge appear on My Debit card for $79.90, I had already called them 11 Times and was told by the Person That They could cancel and refund My acct, I did not recieve a refund, I was PUT-OFF, No one would return My Phone calls, I finaly had to File a Police Report and File a Fraud report with My bank, If given the chance, I would Like to Sue these People for One Million (1,000, 000) Dollars over and Above what they Took from My checking account, I have taken steps to stop it, But that is Not saying they will not do it again, I want to put these People out of Business!!
