(censored) billing random people from mailing lists

I received a bill stating use at my parent's home, saying i had used the fax line to get online.

According to their website, they identify the phone line being used and charge the person to whom that phone line is registered.

However, i have never had my name on any phone lines at my parent's house. This is proof that they are (censored) attaching names to charges that are likely fictitious.

I was outraged and appauled. I want to get this company's fruadulent behavior into the media.
