Rip off, took my money and not sent product north carolina

I ordered 86.00 worth of bras from this shope on line and have heard nothing, but they did take my money, i want my money back the number i have says the customer service in box is full i have been calling for over a week. I do have a physical address but i dont live in north carolina, but i am planning on visiting this easter i might try to go by there to see if i can see anyone.
