Is anyone doing a class action suit for this company, because this women has taken money from my account without my authorization. She is very rude and aggressive. She advises me that I told her to make payments and I know I didn't because I wouldn't do that. She was very rude and hung up on me and didn't answer my phone calls. I need to get something resolved and I need my money back in my account.
