Internet scam complaint

On March 10 I made a purchase order of tv show collection called "Family Matters" for $69.54 on the website: www.tvdvdmania.com, they also go under the name of www.planetdvd.com and GreathomeDVD. They have several telephone numbers, one of the numbers are: 778-282-8099 and 289-428-1081. I was told in a written email that the order would arrrive between 10 to 24 days. On March 26th I recieved this purchased order, upon opening the package the first thing I noticed the item appeared to be broken on one of the DVD cases. I then I proceeded to insert the DVD disks on my DVD player to review the content. When reviewing the material I noticed that the content on the DVD appeared to be bootelegged illegal content recorded from broadcast television and not the original material from the manufactured company. The whole DVD package looks pirated booteleged and you can tell it was prepared home made. For this reason I am reporting this incident for fraudulent advertising and misrepresentation because I feel cheated, scammed and violated. It was not certainly the item that I expected to recieve and more or less a content that has been in violation of copyrigthed infringement material and bootlegged pirated copy. I feel these individuals need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for fraudulent advertising and the selling of copyrighted material. This has occured to other people as well as I have done a search through the internet under tvdvdmania complaints and when you go to this site you will then come upon a list of people that have been victimized and fallen prey from these criminals and violators of the law. I therefore seek justice and legal actions against these perpetrators and frauds.
