False Advertsing... Don't Order Probotics... Go to your Health Food Store!

February I ordered Probotics (colon cleanser). I was to be charge $4.95 for SH for this free trial. The package arrived... I opened the bottle before reading the invoice. The invoice stated I was charged $69.99 and I had to return an unopened bottle for refund. Well, since I opened the bottle I couldn't return it. Therefore, I immediately cancelled all future orders.

Now, on March 26 I received an email that they were processing my order. I again call Life Fit Lab to informed them that I didn't authorize this charge and to cancel the order. I was informed by Julie (CSR) that she was unable to cancel my order but she could cancel future orders. I ask why couldn't she, she stated it was already in bank mode.

I must call back tomorrow 03/27/09 and they can cancel this order. She told me I should have read the fine print. I informed her that my original order was for $4.95. She laughed and hung up. I am going to the BBB they need to be stopped. This is a big SCAM! Do not order... I repeat do not order.
