Returned perfume per site's guarantee, never got refund, sent e-mails to company -no response

I purchased perfume at Christmas time, received the item, but decided to return it within 30 days as the site says to do. I waited for 2 billing cycles for the return charge to appear on my credit card but it never did. I e-mailed the company several times to no avail. There is no company phone number. I am out 69.50.
