My 84 year old mother thought she would surprise me with a set of EZ Combs after seeing them on TV. She called the above phone number and ordered an EZ Comb. She was told it would be $10.00 plus $6.99 shipping for a total of $16.99.
Long story short, SHE WAS CHARGED $81.93. We immediately contacted the bank and unfortunately because she had used a debit card the charge went through and the bank says there is NOTHING they can do.
These slime balls hide behind a bogus phone number that they give for customer service (800 777-4034), keeping you on hold forever... Hoping you'll just give up.
There's a huge difference between $16.99 and $81.93 and they know exactly what they are doing!
Beware! Deal with these unethical people you will pay through the nose!
