Never recieved gas cards after months of sending in receipts

I too have been scammed by the Gasoline Redemtion Center in Largo, FL. Since Oct. I have sent in receipts with my coupon and received nothing! I paid the $5.00 paypal and did everything they asked. I even got a few emails saying they had received my receipts and all was correct. I got an email saying their computers had crashed and they were changing systems adn please be patient while they figured it the gas cards. Still nothing. And now you can't reach them by phone or email!!! What can I do? I noticed a lot of people in the same situation as me. Has anyone filed a report any where? Can I contact someone about this scam? The Better Business Bureau? I want to go after them some how! I have March ready to be sent, but not sure what to do. What a hassle!!! I am angry and frustrated. Please elt me kn wo if there is anything I can do!
