Unauthorized charges

In 24 dec 08 I use my amex to send flowewrs, but in jan 09 and feb 09 this company apply charges and I NOT REQUEST for it, son I consider this is an fraud and confidente abuse (abuso de confianza) I had requested for cancel and refound those unauthorized charges, and I never use any kind of the services to offer this company.
Please, check the intermediate company for your internet shops, and NOT USE ENCORE MKTG
