Bad Brake, Rotor, & Ball JOint JO

Originally I had new front brake pads and rotors put on 12/5/08.2 months later same symptoms reappeared, as if rotors were bad again. TOok car back to Darby's, and was told needed a ball joint on the right side only. Was told left side was fine. It took all day. When picked up car, was then told left side ball joint was a little loose and would need changing. (Huh, after I was first told it was fine) When I left, noticed 2 NEW noises coming from the front end. A constant squeaking that stops when brakes applied, and another noise started when brakes applied. Went back to Darby's and was told its coming from the axle. How is that when it didn't make those noises before they touched it. Was told to come back so I am going back to Darby's tomorrow. Expect them to fix it, but doubt they will. Every single time I go there, its always something. I plan on filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well.
