I had been given an auto loan from ENT in 2005.in my children came to live with me, and it caused me to go into repossession two times in 2007. Both times, I paid all fines imposed by ENT and had continued to pay my loan payments. Then at the end of 2007 I could no longer pay for the auto insurance, and was notified repeatedly by ENT that I was required to keep the car insured. They added $2,622 insurance, for very basic coverage to my loan balance. I eventually got insurance and had them notified. The problem is that the ungodly amount of $2,622 wasn't even for full coverage, and they never provided me any kind of documentation to present to authorities if I had an accident. Now, even though I have my own insurance, they have increased my monthly payments from $345 per month to $434.15 for the duration of my car loan.

How in the world can they charge such an ungodly amount for a grandmother who has NEVER had an accident and has NO tickets or fines on their driving record? I have the cheapest insurance possible and my monthly payments are only $96, mainly because ENT never provided me proof that I had insurance, so my insurance company charged me as if I had no insurance.

It is obvious that ENT doesn't care a bit about any customer who actually needs help. Never in the past year have they ONCE asked me if there is any way they could help me.instead of asking me to refinance my loan to lower my payment they have increased my payments in order to pay for their overpriced insurance. I had tried to go into a branch to consolidate my banking with them, since they had the loan, but they refused to offer me a checking and savings account because of the decline in my credit rating (with THEM). I have worked very hard to pay off all my other debts, but for the past year, because of their overpriced insurance, they have reported me for over a year for being late on payments. Now I will never get a loan from any one else.

Stay away from this bank. If I can afford it, I will post complaints with every agency possible to warn other potential customers of their uncaring and ungodly penalties for struggling in today's economy.
