Total scam. Lied to me about all details

This is a total scam. Beware. They told me they had a buyer lined up and he never called. I told them I was advertising in other places and was informed that if I sold the vehicle outside of their service I would receive my money back. They lied. I have emailed them numerous times and they refuse to answer my greivence or even call me. They also have the worst BBB rating available. Please don't make the same mistake I did...
