When I purchased Jeff Gitomer's Little Black Book on Networking through HotBookSale.com (a.K.A. Smartsavingscenter.com) these monsters began debiting my account $1 here, $1.07 there... Along with $29.95 month!!!
When I called them and asked them to correct it they started negotiating with me!
When I called customer service, a guy named Daiman answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the President, he laughed!!!
