This company is a waste of time and your money don't apply. Cause you will be called right away for an interview. They recruit people everyday. They take you on for a day of observation. With a group of people. Going door to door trying to get leads for sears. 12 hour shifts that dont pay up... Everything is based on commision. And the workers there are annoying as h*ll... They try to brainwash you. Plese don't fall for this job. Its not an oppturnity just a waste of time trust me...

They don't even pay on time. Got my first check a month later. And it was a hundred dollers... Wtf i was pissed
