Placed order, was billed to my bank account has been paid already and never got anything

I placed an order and paid with our credit card. It has been paid already. We did get a confirmation # but is of no help. There was no address or phone # on the e-mai that i got from whoever this person is. I have no contact for this company. We never heard or got our order. They did take my money
