Big time rip-off artists

This company screwed us out of $479.95. They said we agreed to purchase some random directory. They have a recording of one of our former employees saying to send it to his attention, but the recording sounds fake to me. We never got the directory despite a UPS printout saying it was delivered. We payed the bill for it, but now some women named Diedra keeps calling saying we own them $300 more dollars for the directory service itself. She can't produce any paperwork showing that we asked for this. I have found that may people are having the same complaint about this company and their practices. My advice is do NOT deal with them in anyway. I tried to explain my company's position and she just talked over me the whole time and wouldn't shut up. Do not deal with them.

Oh and one more thing. She signs her name Diedra N. But what kind of person running any kind of real business doesn't put their whole name at the bottom of an invoice for $500? Probably the kind where they don't want you to know their last name.
