Signed up for a free trial offer of Acai Berry Extreme with a shipping charge of $3.95. I check my bank account and it had $89.31 deducted along with the $3.95 charge. I called the number on my statement and they said they canceled the order and I should receive my refund withing 14 days. That was in November. They did not charge my account anymore however I still don't have my money back for the original charge. Everytime I call I am told it will be another 14 days. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and they will not let me. The person I always get on the phone is Rizza (she says that is her name). If you have experienced this please keep calling this number, they deserve to be harassed.
