Bates and Bates sinks

I bought 2 under mount sinks. I was told it was a "special order." It arrived within 10 days and was the standard sink with under mount brackets included, which is also standard. A salesman from Home Center confirmed it was standard and not a "special order." I was charged $280 more for the "special order." They also send you a piece of paper that says there is no return on "special orders."

Home Center also advertises these expensive Bates and Bates sinks with specific dimensions. Upon cutting the marble and installing the sinks, you find the dimensions are not specific. I called Home Center about this problem. They told me to cut one hole bigger than the other, and that there is no warrantee after installation. You can only discover the defective sizing after installation.

Home Center has not responded to E-mails. When you talk to someone at the company, they hang up on you.
