I placed an order for 1 fix it kit wit 1 vacuum. I ended up with 2 kits and 2 vacuums, the order that was supposed to be 44.95 ended up being 89.72. I immediately sent an email to the address that was given to me at the end of the order to make changes. The next day I was sent an email advising me that I had sent an email to the wrong person. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they would do to help me, even if I sent the items back I would still be charged for them. Needless to say I am waging a battle against this unscrupulous company who refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and has yet to call me back. Someone needs to do something about this company to stop them from scamming on innocent people who are decent enough to give them business in the first place.
