Ripoff Pop ups never say they are not free

A brouser magically appeared on my desk top. It said
MEMBERS AREA

Since I only go to free sites and have never subcribed to a pay site I new I was not a member.

I thought this was a member entrance like you see on all the free sites. They use the free to get you join by pop ups. I thought the members area was an entrance for members. This is exactly what they wanted me to think. It then said:

I am over 18 years old
I agree I disagree

I check to I agree thinking again, like you find a free sights, that I am only agreeing to being over eighteen. I went to the sight it was interesting for a free sight. You had very small pictures with people and moving at a very slow rate. It was perported to being live but I don't think it was. I visited this sight for 31 minutes three times.
Most of the time was spent going to a room not viewing one. I then got a bill for $542.79.

Some eleven of these charges were for a minute or less. There was no value to any of this and they think I should pay this bill. Most of the time I spent on their site was looking for something to look at.

When I found something it was so slow and small it had no value anyway for $542.79 over one day. I would never voluntarly pay $4.99 a minute for anything on the internet. It is too slow to pay by the minute for anything I also did not realize this was a seperate dialer from my internet connection until I tried to go there and started from my regular dialer that competed with theirs for the modem.

When I realized this I went back and looked at their dialer and finally read the terms. I immediatley got rid of that thing. I believe this company has commited (censored) and deception.
