Different name... Same company. Scammers! Beware! Run fast!

Thank you for your previous post about "Greg D. Brendon"... You gave a different company name but it is the same scam. I knew it was too good to be true but desperate times... Here is my story:

On November 7 I recieved a phone call saying I was approved for a 10K loan from Universal Lending. All I had to do was make a "Collateral payment" of $1,200. Once this payment was made my husband and I would have the money in 24 hours. Well, we got the money together and paid this because we would get the money right back.
We called the next day asking the "where is my money" question and to our surprise the private lender. Did I mention his name was Charles Dihart in CANADA (again - Bells and whistles were going off but they offered a refund so my husband said must be on the up and up) needed us to pay a security deposit because we have less than perfect credit. So we dilegently went and sent another $450 because he originally wanted another 1000 but our case worker got him to agree to this. Again, if it doesn't work out they will send a refund right away. So, on November 12th we sent 450.00.
Then, the private lender still wasn't happy and he requested another $375 which we sent on November 17th to CANADA! Well, long story short we could not afford anything else and told them this was it. Our case administrator said she would talk to them and did not want us to send anymore money.
Three days later she called and said that we would be getting a refund. O

So, I started calling them eveyday since Thanksgiving because we should have had our "refund" the day before. Well today is March 16th and no refund. Also, everytime you call their phone # 1-866-786-5002 all you get is "Hello, Goodbye". I try everyday and everyday I am disappointed. Yes, I have lost a large amount of money to them.

If my posting can help anyone please read and BEWARE OF THEM... If anyone knows how us victims of these people who pray of people can get our money back please post a thread.
