Won't warranty their own work - get out the vaseline to the amount of $14,000

I'm an independent trucker, just one truck and trailer operation, leased to Greentree Transportation. My problem is I had an engine go down on me in November. It is now March and 17000 miles later and I've had the engine go down again due to a blown head gasket. I'm at Empire Caterpiller in Tucson, AZ and they have informed me that it is due to poor workmanship and improper procedures followed. The shop that did the repair was Amarillo Truck Center in Amarillo, TX and they claim that they have done nothing wrong. What I have a problem with is that Amarillo Truck Center is saying that they've done no wrong even though they missed out on a key procedural step on a rebuild which means that they should have measured the liner protrusion on the new cylinder packs installed (which is very important) because the head gasket is crushed by the head. I have the truck now at Empire Caterpiller in Tucson, AZ and they as a cat representative do not want to warranty it and Amarillo Truck Center doesn't want to warranty it and I'm now expected to pay out another $9,000 in order to fix the problems that Amarillo Truck Center caused me by not following proper procedures of Caterpiller. I would like to take this further to discuss this with one of your reporters to make this public knowledge so that no other unsuspecting leased operator will fall into this trap.in this time of economic hardship, this whole scenerio may possibly cost me my truck, trailer, home and life as I know it. This is probably going to be a real life case of a little man going against big business and getting screwed again.
