Great Product - magic jack phone

I, too, was very skeptical after reading all the bad reviews. Finally, I'd had it with Vonage's terrible service. No one could hear me, faxes might take an hour to get one to go through. I don't use my home phone a lot, and I know MJ website says they don't support faxing, but I figured I would buy it and see if it worked. No problems at all.install was very easy, phone worked right away, faxes went through flawlessly. My two college kids asked me to quit calling on the Vonage line because it was so awful. If you use a phone a lot maybe it wouldn't be so great, but for me a real winner.
