Sent me a letter saying I won $120,000 and a check for $2844.32 to pay the taxes, but they couldn't tell me how I won

They sent me a letter saying I won $120,000 and sent me a check for $2,844.32 to pay the taxes and when I called the agent about it he had somebody else call me back by the name of Jason Brown and he said he was calling from his office in Bellingham, Washington State, the agent I called was named Phillip Moore, but neither one of them could tell me what I entered to win all of this money. I haven't cashed the check or deposited it, I told Jason Brown I was going to invesitgate it and he told me when I was ready to receive my money to call back because somebody had to be home to sign the bottom of this letter and speak with the representative.
