Fraudulent ripoff business dishonest ripoffs mistreated and ripped off

This was a big disappointment for me. I expected to get a regular credit card with a $10,000.00 credit limit and instead got a peice of paper with a catalog where everything is double what I could pay at regular dept. Stores.

This company is fraudulent and misleading. They charged me $37.00, and as far as I'm concerned I got nothing. What can we do to stop this bad bussiness?
