Telemarketer signed us with WRONG info&Maim office no refund

First call was will give 100 min. Free for 3 months. Charge 3.9c/min. I will be able to see charges on-line. 39.50 taken with clear promise to return money to cancel, if not satisfied. I asked the same details 3 times and telemarketer, confirmed every time money would be refunded. Than, offered 5% addtional discount plus reducing 3.9c/min to 3c/min, with 'DIRECT DEBIT". I trusted info. Given and they got my 39.50 right away. I called within a week to see my online minutes and got lot of runaround. Called 2-3 times within first 2 weeks and was tols 'no-one' knows the charges until bill is posted. But, talking to supervisor told that $8.30 is charged in first 3 weeks. I did not use my 100 free minutes and still charged&FRAUD!!! Kept calling, very week and sent 4 emails to cancel all and return $39.50. They kept making different offers and one of them sent email cocnfirming lower rates and 'correcting' bill for error—which was still more charges that offered to me. Finally, am told no money will be returned. ONLY refund will be calling card. Please, get me info. For me to follow up on my own to get real address in Miami Beach, Florida - May be I can do small claim or write to Attorney General of Miami.
