They'll take your money

This business took my money and gave me nothing but crap. If you want quality leads, don't use them. They charge $500 a month to provide leads. They don't accept credit cards, so they ask for a check and will do an ETF. After lengthy discussion with their sales rep during which I told him again and again that I didn't want to arrange for ETFs from my bank account, he sent me an amendment to the agreement, saying they would not do an ETF on my checking account. I said I would mail them a check, and the sales rep told me I'd have two weeks to do so, and in the meantime they would start sending me leads. The sales rep said he had management's approval to amend the agreement, and sent me the amendment, which had signature lines for both me and a manager—both lines were blank. I signed it and returned it to them. They never sent me a copy with both signatures, nor did they notify me that it was not approved.

Two days later, they ETF'd $500 out of my checking account. They started sending me leads, none of which were any good. They either were outside of the region they said they would draw leads from (Some of them were 5 hours away), the phone numbers didn't work, or the people said they never indicated they were interested in life insurance.

I have talked to their customer service rep several times, and each time have explained the situation in total. She asks me to send the amendment form, which I do, then she calls me back to say that she needs one signed by someone from their company, which of course I don't have. We're going 'round in circles on this. I've had it. I'm going to notify the California Attorney General's office, the Minnesota Attorney General's office, and the FBI for interstate wire fraud.
