The pair team up on other experts, and slam their ratings while pretending to be clients.

They don't log in to take chats, and never take real clients. The only purpose for their account is to make life miserable for other experts by posting religiously in the Expert Forums and padding their own ratings. The profile has several hundred posts in the Expert forums, a place not for profit... Yet only a small number of ratings from 'clients'. An amount which could be made up in a few days by someone who actually worked and did the job they were supposed to be doing, instead of posting in the forums and creating decension and animosity amongst other readers.
