Paid over $6000.00, principle only went down $450.00

Being a widowed, single mom with 5 children, i am outraged over this! I have paid over $6000.00, my balance has only dropped $450.00. I have requested my paperwork as well, they have nothing with my signature with me accepting terms to this at all. I am willing to join any law suit as well. They are taking advantage and it is wrong. I have even made payments and told them i wanted 80% of the payment to go to principle 20 to interest. They never do it even though i request it. At this point i am not sure what to do. Let them come and take my van. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

I have requested info on my account, i get hung up on. If i was swearing or being rude i would deserve it, i am only inquiring about this money they say i owe. Help! Jc
