I ordered Ivory White for $1 off a baby website that offered free coupons. Then they charged me $78. I had no idea they had this fee. When I called 7 days after I recieved this product they refused to refund me all my money. They said as a courtesy they will give me $60. I never used the product and only received it 7 days ago! That is ridiculous and unfair. I am sending their product back unused and unopened. Why wouldn't they want to do the right thing in these hard economic times?
