Unordered pills sent - possible connection?

I too received the first package of pills and just threw them in the trash, thinking it was a mistake or some sample as it had no printed material with it. I never thought a thing about it until I received another package this week. I didn't open it, but googled their company name in and was shocked to see page after page of complaints against them. After finally finding a phone number for them, I called and actually got through on Monday, March 9. I was told that it was ordered on my behalf on Jan. 1. First off, I do not have a credit card or debit card so billing to me is impossible. Secondly, I got the 4 last digits of the card that was charged - thank goodness. I told the nice person that I or nobody else ordered this and after a long discussion I told them I was contacting the BBB.
Later that same day, I talked to a friend about this incident. She had also received a package from them and didn't know where it came from. This is where it gets interesting. She asked me what the numbers were on the card - it was her debit card number. She calls about her unwanted order and finds out that hers was billed to yet another number (also a friend). That is when we put 2 and 2 together and figured out that the only times I had used her number was when we joined FHTM and ordered shampoo from Lamas Beauty months ago.
Apparently, this Lose Weight Systems may have hacked or stolen information from one of these companies somehow. Is there anybody else out there that may have this same connection?
Oh, and by the way after threatening to contact the BBB and my friend with her complaints, all the cards involved have indeed been credited already. You have to be persistent in calling but you should be able to get through eventually.
