Miscellaneous

This is sad. I am devastated that this happened to me. It is nice to know that there is others out there who know exactly how I feel though. I know I am not the only one. I am sad for so many reasons right now. Sad because I am about to lose everything and was making it before these guys took my money. I mean I was actually making it. But they got a hold of me when I was vulnerable and now they are the reason I am not going to make it.

I already know what is going to happen. They are going to take as many peoples money that they can during a short period of time and then go bankrupt while leaving everyone screwed. Normally I would have never gone with someone who was only in buis. For 4 months, solicited me by phone, had no rating in 4 months (nobody usually does), but I was desperate.

Now I am a victim but I guess ultimately this one is my fault. If it sounds too good to be true... It usually is. What is stupid is that they could have probably got alot further by just having people answer the phone when you call. I have had attorneys before and never had it to where I could not speak to the attorney and that the phone reps never call back. They assigned me a phone rep and I left 10 msg.in two weeks.

I finally called the guy that originally solicited me and told him I was suspicious. Only then did she call back and she sounded like she could care less. She actually sounded put out.in which, I had three installment payments set up and I am sure that he told her that they did not have all the money yet and that is why she called back. I have only been with them for a month and I have no confidence that they are even for real right now.

I am ashamed that out of everyone here I was charged the most. $3,000.00 first payment, $2,300.00 next payment and $2,300.00 again. A total of 7,600.00 for something someone else got for 2,700.00 from them. But it sounds like we all got the same thing... Scammed! It would not hurt as bad if I knew I at least got something for it. Which by the way, I called my lender Countrywide who they said they did buis. With and Countrywide actually checked their list and said they had never heard of them. They potentially lied.

I agree the person here that said that the ones who said positive things are probably part of the scam. I have friends who own companies who say they do the very thing that was accused here. For example: Why would someone come on a complaint forum looking up complaints for a bus. That worked for them and was ok and then give a long detail? I do not know about you guys, but I never go and type in buis. Complaints or "United Law Group Complaints" unless I have a complaint.

So I am pretty suspicious of someone who gives a long detailed explanation complete with BBB reports in a complaint forum... Unless they work for the company... Lol I mean come on! We are obviously dumb because we fell for the scam... But we are not stupid... Ha... Ha. It is important for me to keep my sense of humor right now... Lol I will be reporting it to the Bar, BBB, complaints online, district attorneys office ect and to anyone I can. It is the kind of free advertisement that just keeps on giving.

If this guy has only been an attorney for a year, he should know that his name is everything.in which I am not just going to complain about United Law Group, but the actual attorney's name too. WARNING! Anyone who is doing research right now be ready to experience what the majority of us here promise you that you will. Just to prove it I will give you the numbers so you can see for yourself: Call 1800-691-6271 and get either a recorder or an answering service. Do not tell them you are new and see if they call you back. They are just an answering service.

I called the number they have on the bottom of the legal papers today 1-800-670-5715 three times and was told by someone who answered "hi" that it was the wrong number. I thought either this is a joke or that it did resemble the other number 1800-680-5715 and maybe it is type error on all of their "letter heads". Which you would think they would want to be right since they are sending it to the lender. They did not only spell my name wrong in the legal documents, but their own phone number was wrong.

Once again, who the heck would actually type in "United Law Group Complaints" to give them a detailed pat on the back if everything went fine? Does anyone here do that? There is no doubt in my mind that it is probably the spin masters that work for them. Their rating in just a month has gone to a D with the BBB for exact same complaints as mine. They have only been in buis. For four months and the attorney has only been an attorney for one year. This response was actually written in regards to some complaints I had seen on another complaint forum. I figured I would just cut and paste it here to warn everyone who might want to know.
