Marcia Puzzanghera and Paul Puzzanghera using AKA's Marcia Ghera and Paul Ghera are scam artists. They prey on Landlords and can create havoic, damage to your property not to mention the loss of income you will encounter due to their lack of payment.

They have rented off of me, paying only their security deposit and 2 months of rent and occupied the property for 6 months. They utilize the law or their interpution of the law to milk landlords.in today's economy the courts are so overwhelmed that it will take you months to evict them and you will never recover your losses.

I am just one of many they have taken if you google their names and their AKA's you will uncover numerous people they have defauded. They claim their are issues with the properties and withhold rent which is against the law and throws them into immediate default but once again they are pros and use the sluggish system to avoid paying rent, living like gyspy's.

I have loss in excess of 8k in rental income alone not to mention my time and energy to file against, cost for attorney and court fees.

They have a clear and evident history which is verifiable on the net; I went into the New Mexico court records and found many similar cases against them you have to list both names with their AKA's Marcia Ghera Puzzanghera, Paul Ghera Puzzanghera. I also located them in Florida Paul Puzzanghera has a warrant for his arrest in Florida again verifiable on the Flordia State site under wanted fugutives.

We need to band together and put an end to their deceptive practices. Landlords beware
