"us grant club" and "mycalendarwizard.com" rip-off scam

When I checked my credit card account balance yesterday I noticed 2 transaction from merchants I did not recognize. One was from "THE US GRAND CLUB" for $68.13 and the other "MYCALENDARWIZARD.com" FOR $9.34. Not only had I not authorized these transaction but i've never even heard of these companies. I tried contacting "THE US GRANT CLUB" at (888) 225-2373 but not only is there no answer and no way of leaving a message but after only 2-3 rings it automatically disconnects you. The same thing with "MYCALENDARWIZARD" at (877) 260-9415.
I have already contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute for both charges. I truly hope they find the people running this scam as I am extremely upset, annoyed and seeking justice as i'm sure all the of their victims are.
