I ordered a wig from them last year. The wig was supposed to be swiss lace with bleached knots and light to medium density. Upon reciept of the wig I realized that the knots in fact were not bleached, the lace was not swiss, and it couldn't have possibly been a light to medium because i couldnt even make a visible part in the wig. They have a no refund or exchange policy unless its on their part. This was on their part but they refused to take it back. Luckily I paid with a credit card and was bale to get my money back.
