Had service with them, and payment was due, could not pay for five or six days tried to make arragements, they wanted payment, so they came and picked up tank, with 14 gals of propane still in it, after the credit for propane, and restocking fee, was told today that there was a 250.00 early termantion fee, which i was not told by anyone, which they appoligized for, then proceded to let me know that they did'nt charge me that amount, but took the 83.00 i had left from my deposit, very unhappy for there mistake, would not had got service from them if i had know about a 250.00 termantion fee, the propane service was going to be temorary, was changing to natural gas, thanks for a reply
