I ordered what was suppose to be a FREE CD from this site for grant monies available. The cost I was to pay $2.29. I was charged this amount on 3-2-09. CD never arrive and on 3-9-09 I was charged an additional $39.95. Just as in a similar case They were going to charge $7.95 and they were also going to charge and an additional charge. They say that they are refunding my account as I cancelled this program and that I would not have any additional charges. My refund is suppose to come by next months statement. I have 3 refund codes.
