Fyi... Like many people we call these companies and here that they are BBB honest fair, I would say by now their reputation will begin to show their true sides. ARS-John Moore-Best Plumbing - all of these companies sound very professional on the phone, but as soon as the plumber shows up the lies begin. For instance an 80 yr old lady needs the water heater worked on may need parts they convince the lady she needs a whole new one.

You may be asking how does The Doc know so much about these guys? Well I hate to admit that I worked for all of them at one point in time. So when I would see how they would operate I would leave that company and go on to the next. These companies only care about their over head and when the next DUMMY will cough up the big bucks.

How to stay ahead of these modern day crooks, always get three or more bids, check the BBB site, and most of all NEVER say yes to the first price any company offers no matter how tempting it sounds.
