They are making unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account

In October I gave my granddaughter permission to use my credit card to make some online purchases for Christmas.
On 10/22/09 there was a withdrawal of $1.00 from my bank account with smartsavingscent listed as who got the money. On 10/24 there was a withdrawal of $5.15. Then on 10/24/09 there was a withdrawal of $29.95 so I called them at 800-511-6538. They said that amount was to join their shopping club. I told them that I didn't authorize joining their service. They stated that they would credit my account for the $29.95 which they did on 11/12. On 2/3 and 3/3 I had charges for $1.00 each. I called the 800 number and followed the directions to dial an extension and the recording said that it was a wrong extension. So I tried all the extensions and got the same answer.
I realize that I haven't lost a lot of money but it should not happen at all!
I wonder how many people are being robbed by this company?
