Manager Patrick, what a joke you are! You need to be FIRED!

I happened to be in the SVDP thrift shop on Feb. 25 when I heard the manager of the store, Patrick Soils, make a rude comment about one of the store volunteers. (who is in her late 60's and very religious) The manager was talking to one of the associates, named Joseph Havelka. Their conversation caught my attention due to the fact that they were talking about penises and with the store being a Catholic Thrift Store, I was taken back a bit. The manager and his associate was giggling and laughing and making fun of the volunteer by stating that she was now blessing genitals at the local hospital. When they approached her and said this to her, she was devistated! Her reaction was that of a heart attack! Utter shock and dismay came over her face and she was actually pitiful! I tried not to look like I was evesdroppiing on the conversation, but the manager was quite loud as far as talking. Almost like he wanted to embarass her in public. He kept on and on and poking at her like he got some sort of enjoynment out of it. I am totally discusted by this manager and associate. I have come to find out that the manager has since told the volunteer that she was no longer welcome to volunteer at the store. A store in which she has been a volunteer for over 10 years! I hope the Corporate Office takes action against these two men for their actions. I am considering talking to the St. Petersburg Times Newspaper about this matter as I find this to be very distasteful and disgusting!
