Student Class Pictures I went to the company website to purchase 1 sheet of photos. After entering my cc# the page returned an error that the payment could not be processed. I started the transaction again and had no problem the second time. Come to find out the first transaction actually went thru and now I have purchased 1 more sheet of photos then intended. I immediately email customer service, maybe 2 minutes after the transaction and told them to cxl the orders. (8pm ish) Received an email the next morning that it was no problem and they would take care of it. Shortly after that email I received one that stated the order had been processed, not shipped and I would have to wait untill I received the orders via fed ex to return them. Returning the orders now will cost me additional monies. I have to return them via Fed Ex with very specific return instructions including making a trip to the local fedex / kinkos office. I then recieved an email after 8pm last night that the orders just shipped. So I would assume in a period of 12-24 hours the shipment could have been stopped and no one made any attempt to help me. I basically was out of luck. I am under the impression that this company has been deceitful and because of their we sites inability to process orders properly in my situation I have to pay the consequences. What I want is the right thing to be done on the consumers part. I have all email exchanges mentioned and would be happy to forward them to anyone interested.
